Regular Members in good standing of the Iranian Canadian Congress (“ICC”) who wish to make a Motion for consideration at the 2019 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) must send an email to the 2019 AGM Committee at iccelectionscommittee2019@gmail.com by no later than November 25, 2020, at 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (the “Motion Deadline”), which email shall include the following information:

Description of the Motion: The formal proposal by the ICC member, to be considered at the 2019 AGM, that the attendees at the AGM take action;

Background/Rationale for the Motion;
Organizational Objectives: Briefly describe how the Motion moves the ICC toward achieving its organizational objectives: please see Article 1: Purpose of the ICC Bylaws at: https://www.iccongress.ca/by_laws ;

Benefit/Cost to the ICC (if the Motion is/is not passed);

Action Required;

Timeline; and Submitted by: Full name and email address of ICC Regular Member in good standing making the Motion.

No Members’ Motion for consideration at the 2019 AGM will be accepted by the 2019 AGM Committee after the Motion Deadline.

Members’ Motions that fail to comply with the above requirements regarding the content of the Members’ email to the 2019 AGM Committee will not be accepted by the 2019 AGM Committee.

The Court-Appointed Monitor will determine, in his sole and absolute discretion, which Members’ Motions, if any, will be considered at the 2019 AGM.

The 2019 AGM Committee will email a Notice to Regular Members in good standing of ICC and post it on the ICC website on December 1, 2020, confirming which Members’ Motions will be considered at the 2019 AGM. 2019 AGM Committee
