Important Message Regarding the ICC

My name is Marvin J. Huberman. I am a lawyer and a commercial arbitrator. On September 9, 2019, I was appointed by the Superior Court of Justice to be the independent monitor overseeing the 2019 Annual General Meeting of the ICC and the election of the Board of Directors.

I would ask you all to visit this website set up by the ICC and to review the joint letter (in both English and Persian). It has very important information on a number of topics, including: 1) the court application initiated by Mr. Payami, Ms. Hadi, Ms. Shahabi and Mr. Moin in March 2019 and the settlement reached in September 2019; 2) my role as independent monitor; and, 3) the upcoming Annual General Meeting and board of directors election to be held Sunday December 8, 2019. Please note that anyone who wishes to review the documents filed in court by the parties in this lawsuit are also available at the same website.
