از همه آنهاییکه در تلاشند که کمک کنند مورد حقوقی که انیجانب در آن مورد اتهام قرار گرفته ام حل گردد، متشکرم. خیلی خوشحالم که میبینم عده ای مانند من فکر میکنند که این مورد جمعی و نه شخصی میباشد. متوجه شده ام همه آنهاییکه قصد وساطت دارند، فقط به یکی از شاکیان به عنوان کسی که این مورد به او وابسته است اشاره و مراجعه میکنند. هیچکدام از آنها اصلن از دو شاکی دیگر نامی نمیبرد. به علاوه، همه آنهاییکه سعی به وساطت کرده اند، چند نکته ای را مطرح کرده اند که در اینجا در رابطه با آنها روشن سازی میکنم.

از آنجائیکه منبع دیگری برای بهتر شناختن افراد، نیت هایشان، روابط و اهداف اصلی شان ندارم، من نظرات خود را با اتکاء به مشاهده فعالیت های افراد و رفتارشان بنا میکنم. با مشاهده فعالیت های اصلی شاکیان در سه سال گذشته، در کنگره و دو سازمان جدید که اخیرن بوجود آورده اند، من فعالیت های آنها را همسو با منافع جمهوری اسلامی مشاهده کرده ام. هر تعبیر دیگر میتواند برداشت شخصی به حساب آید. به علاوه من بر این باورم که در چهار سال حضور در هییت مدیره کنگره ایرانیان، که دو سال آن در مقام ریاست بوده است، یکی از شاکیان به اولویت دادن به منافع شخصی نسبت به منافع جمعی از طریق بهره گیری از هر موقعیتی که جایگاهش در کنگره برای او فراهم میکند در جهت تبلیغ برای خود تمایل دارد.

می خواهم روشن كنم كه من هیچ وقت از شخص خاصی تقاضا نکرده ام که در این مورد وساطت کند، گرچه به همه جهت مشارکت در حل این مشکل کامیونیتی خوش آمد میگویم، بخصوص اکنون که این مورد به دادگاه کشیده شده است.

می خواهم اضافه کنم که عمده نگرانی من در رابطه با بار و موانعی است که این دادخواست به آزادی بیان من تحمیل کرده است. مشارکت و ادامه اطلاع رسانی و ایجاد آگاهی عمومی در کامیونیتی، به ویژه در این دوره حساس بسیار پر اهمیت است. من احساس می کنم که همه ما باید در رابطه با سه اقدام قانونی، مجمع عمومی کنگره که در پیش است، و انتخابات فدرال بیشتر مشارکت کنیم.

 

I would like to thank all those who are trying to help resolve the recent legal issue that I am involved as a defendant. I am pleased to see that there are people who think like me that this case is collective and not personal.

I have noticed that those who took steps to mediate the situation, referred to and contacted only one of the three plaintiffs as the main person that this case depends on. None of them even mentioned the other two plaintiffs.

In addition, almost all of those who tried to initiate mediation raised a few points that I am going to clarify below:

As I don’t have any other resources to have a better knowledge about people, their intentions, connections and real goals, I make my opinions based on observations of people’s activities and behaviours. Observing the major activities of the Plaintiffs in the last three years, in ICC and the two other new organizations that they have created recently I perceived them as being ALIGNED with the interest of the Iranian regime. Anything else would be a personal interpretation. In addition, I believe that during his four years of presence on the ICC Board of Directors, two of which as president, one of the plaintiffs had a tendency to prioritize mostly personal over community interests, by taking advantage of every opportunity that his position in ICC provided to promote himself.

I would like to clarify that I have never asked any particular person to mediate even though, everyone is welcome to get involved in resolving this community issue, especially now that it is heading to the courts.

I would like to add that my major concern is about the burden and obstacles that this lawsuit has imposed on my freedom of speech. Being engaged and continuing to inform and create public awareness in our community is crucial especially, during this sensitive period. I feel that we all need to be more involved in the three legal procedures, the upcoming ICC AGM, and the federal election.
