جلسه اول این دادگاه، در روز جمعه ۲۱ اکتبر ۲۰۲۲ به بررسی کلیات،
تعیین وقت جلسات آتی و ترغیب به مصالحه گذشت.
جلسه دوم در روز پنجشنبه ۲۳ ژانویه ۲۰۲۳ در همان ساعت و همان محل
برگزار گردید. وکیل شهرام با راستی آزمایی ایشان که بیشتر جنبه
معرفی شخصیت اجتماعی و اعتباری که او در جامعه از آن برخوردار است،
آغاز و پایان یافت.
جلسه سوم در روز چهار شنبه ۱۴ جون ۲۰۲۳ با راستی آزمایی شهرام تابع
محمدی توسط وکیل متهمین آغاز و ادامه آن به جلسه بعد موکول گردید.
جلسه چهارم در روز پنجشنبه ۲۲ جون ۲۰۲۳ با راستی آزمایی شهرام تابع
محمدی توسط وکیل متهمین آغاز و با راستی آزمایی بیژن احمدی توسط
وکیل خودش پایان گرفت.
جلسات پنجم و ششم در روزهای جمعه ۲۹ سپتامبر و جمعه ۲۰ اکتبر تعیین
وقت گردیدند.
این دادگاه بصورت عمومی برگزار میگردد وشرکت عموم در آن آزاد است.
به همین دلیل، امکان دسترسی به رونوشت آنچه در این دادگاه مطرح
گردید وجود دارد. بررسی آن که میتواند بسیار آموزنده و به ما کمک
کند تا با ماهیت، امیال و اهداف فعالان اجتماعی بهتر آشنا شویم را
به بعد از انتشار رونوشت جلسات موکول میکنم.
متاسفانه تا امروز، هییت مدیره و آدمین های فوروم کنگره که مهدی
صمدیان یکی از آنها میباشد، به اطلاع رسانی این دادگاه، نظر مساعدی
نشان نداده و به دفعات، مطالب من را حذف نموده اند.
از طرفی، هییت مدیره به دنبال برگزاری برنامه های آموزشی برای
کامیونیتی است. جلسات سخنرانی را از طریق اعضای هییت مدیره به اجرا
در میاورد.
متخصصین و کارشناسان دیگری هستند که بدون نیاز به حضور در هییت
مدیره برنامه های آموزشی را بصورت رایگان برگزار میکنند. در
صورتیکه آنچه در این دادگاه میگذرد و نقشی که هییت مدیره میتواند
چه در آموزش و چه در سازش ایفاء کند را نمیتوان از فرد و یا نهاد
دیگری انتظار داشت
.
Part 6 - Last Part
The first session of this court was held on Friday, October 21,
2022. It was just to go through the generalities, schedule
future sessions and encourage settlement.
The second session was held on Thursday, January 23, 2023, at
the same time and place. Shahram's lawyer began and ended with
Shahram'scross-examination. Mostly, it was about introducing
Shahram, his status in society, his social personality, and the
prestige he enjoys.
The third trial was on Wednesday, June 14, 2023. The defendants'
lawyer cross-examined Shahram Tabe Mohammadi, and the hearing
was postponed until the next session.
The fourth session began on Thursday, June 22, 2023, with the
examination of Shahram Tabe Mohammadi by the defendants' lawyer.
It ended with the cross-examination of Bijan Ahmadi by his own
lawyer.
The fifth and sixth sessions were scheduled on Friday, September
29 and Friday, October 20.
This trial is public and open to everyone. The public can access
the transcript to learn what was said during the hearing. I will
postpone the review, which can be very informative and help us
get to know social activists better, what they have in mind and
their goals after the publication of the transcript.
Until now, the ICC's board of directors and Forum admins,
including Mehdi Samadian, have not reacted favourably to talking
and informing about this trial. They repeatedly deleted my
content.
The ICC is looking to hold educational programs for the
community. They use board members for this purpose. When there
are other experts and specialists in the community who do the
same for free without being a board member.While what the board
could do about the ongoing trial cannot be expected from any
person or organization
