از پویان عزیز خواهش میکنم که در جلسات بعدی مسئولیت گردانندگی را به عهده نگیرد و یا اینکه کمی شمرده تر و واضح تر صحبت کند. بعد از گوش دادن ده بار به آماری که از نظر سنجی میدهد هنوز مطمئن نیستم که 928 در آن شرکت داشته، 875 مخالف و 55 نفر موافق بوده اند. اگر اشتباه میکنم لطفن تصحیح کنید. از آنجهت که به دلایل نامعلوم کنگره از اعلام این نظر سنجی و نتایج آن در رسانه های خود داری میکند قصد دارم که اینکار را من به عهده بگیرم. با تشکر . در ضمن آیا سئوال برانگیز نیست که:
 1- این نظر سنجی یکروز قبل از جلسه صورت بگیرد؟
 2- از آن در رسانه های مجازی کنگره نامی برده نشود؟
 3- آنهم زمانی که به نماینده پارلمانی معترض میگردیم که غیر مستند سخن میگوید?

Survey: The Conservative Motion Against Iran Calling on the Government to End Diplomatic Talks With Iran  نظر سنجی درباره قطع نامه تصویب شده در مجلس کاناداعلیه ایران  که از دولت کانادا خواسته گفتگوی دیپلماتیک برای بازگشایی سفارت ها را قطع کند
As you may have seen in the news, back in June the Conservative Party of Canada proposed a motion in the House of Commons calling on the Government of Canada to end all diplomatic talks with Iran to restore relations between the two countries (including talks to reopen the embassies). The motion was passed in the House of Commons. We want to know your opinion about this motion.  On Wednesday Aug 8, 2018 the Iranian Canadian Congress is meeting with Conservative MP Garnett Genuis who proposed this motion against Iran in the House of Commons. Our goal is to communicate the views of our community members to MP Genuis and to make him and other parliamentarians accountable to our community. We want to know your opinion about the Conservatives' motion against Iran and to communicate the results of this survey with MP Genius and other MPs and government officials.  Your answers will help the ICC in its advocacy efforts with Canadian officials. As you know, a Conservative motion was passed by the House of Commons last month asking the Canadian Government to abandon its promise to the Iranian-Canadian community to re-establish diplomatic relations with Iran. 

Though we were disappointed that this motion was passed, we are pleased to announce that we have arranged for the MP who introduced this motion Garnet Genuis, the MP for Sherwood Park - Fort Saskatchewan in Alberta, to meet with our members to discuss this motion and the Conservative Party of Canada's policies towards Iran and the Iranian-Canadian community.  

As such, the ICC has set up a Question & Answer event with MP Garnet Genuis on August 8th, 2018, 7-9 pm at the North York Civic Centre Room # 3 (5100 Yonge St, North York, ON M2N 5V7) in Toronto. We are expecting this event to be well-attended so please RSVP through email (info@iccongress.ca) no later than August 5th, 2018.
